Parmesan Baked Chicken

This is so simple, your kids could make it.  In fact, let them cook dinner tonight before your weekend gets too crazy.  They will be so proud of themselves and you will be able to relax.  I promise everyone will love this dish unless you have the pickiest eater alive!
What You Will Need:

1 lb thin-sliced boneless skinless chicken breast
½ C Lite Caesar salad dressing
1 slice of wheat bread
½ C grated parmesan
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ paprika
Dash of salt and pepper
Food processor
Casserole dish
1 large resealable plastic bag
1)      Add chicken to casserole dish.  Pour salad dressing over top and marinate in refrigerator for at least an hour.
2)      Combine bread, cheese, seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper in food processor.  Chop until finely chopped.

3)      Pour breadcrumb mixture into plastic bag.
4)      Preheat oven to 350˚.
5)      Add chicken to plastic bag and toss so chicken is coated.  Reserve marinade.
6)      Add chicken to clean casserole.
7)      Pour marinade back on top of chicken.

8)      Bake chicken for 45 minutes.
9)      Serve.
