Sliders With A Twist

Do I dare keep rubbing in out how nice this weather has been for us Richmonders?  Sorry West Coast, but it’s hard not to brag.  We were digging ourselves out of snow early in the season.  It’s nice to be out of our caves.
As soon as the weather changes, it’s grilling season at our house.  My husband loves to play with his toy, which is nice for both of us.  He has fun grilling and I have fun prepping.  Nice.  I wanted to get the kids involved the other night too, so we had Burger Night.  We The girls and I do not go to fast food restaurants, so the hamburger is a new experience for the little ones.  I wanted to make it a little sweet because the Oldest has a sweet tooth.  I went by this Rachel Ray recommendation, but made sliders instead.

What You Will Need:

1 lb ground turkey
½ tsp poultry seasoning
½ tsp McCormick Grill Mates Roasted Garlic & Herb
1 lb ground turkey
1 packet of Onion soup mix

Cranberry sauce
Apple slices
Cheddar Cheese slices
Deli mustard
Dinner rolls
Medium bowl
Cookie sheet lined with foil
1)      Preheat grill.
2)      Mix turkey with seasoning or onion soup mix in medium bowl.
3)      Make golf ball sized meatballs with turkey.  Place on cookie sheet.
4)      Form meatballs into small patties.

5)      Grill until cooked through.

6)      Serve with cranberry sauce, cheese, mustard on dinner roll.
