Essential Stir Fry Seasoning

It would be much easier to buy one of those packets from the grocery store for your stir-fry tonight.  I think fresh is best, so I prefer this route.  Do as you prefer, but try this at least once.

What You Will Need:
1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables (Oriental Blend)
¾ lb skinless chicken breast, boneless , sliced into 1 inch pieces
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp ginger root, minced (1 tsp dried ginger)
3 tsp sesame oil, divided
2 T Rice wine vinegar
What You Might Have at Home:
1 T brown sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
2 T soy sauce
1 cup chicken broth
1 T flour
Srichacha
For the seasoning:
1)      Heat oil.  Add ginger and garlic.  Gradually stir in broth, sugar, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.  Add dashes of hot sauce to your liking.
2)      Mix vinegar and flour.  Pour into sauce until thickened.  Set aside.
Stir-fry
1)      Heat additional oil.  Add chicken.  Cook until browned or no longer pink.  Add vegetables until cooked through.  Drain water from pan. 
2)      Add seasoning to chicken.  Heat until fully cooked.
3)      Serve with rice.
