Basic Chicken Pot Pie

I always have a bag of frozen mixed vegetables on hand because they are great finger foods for the kids. When I’m in a time crunch, I also add these veggies to marinara sauce or whip up this simple pot pie! Great comfort food.

What you’ll need:
1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup chicken, cooked and cut up into 1 inch pieces
1 10 ¾ oz condensed cream of chicken soup

What you might already have:
1 cup Bisquick
½ cup milk
1 egg
Medium casserole dish
Medium bowl
Non-stick cooking spray

1) Preheat oven 400˚.
2) Mix veggies, chicken and soup in greased casserole dish.
3) Mix Bisquick, milk and egg in medium bowl. Spoon over top soup mixture.
4) Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
